Project Overview

HeyPico seamlessly connects with your smartphone, TV box, and home appliances to perform tasks automatically, from booking rides, sending messages, and scheduling events to managing apps without manual input. It interprets screen content (vision AI), clicks, types, and interacts on your behalf. Users can train it to automate personal workflows across Android and iOS.

Problem:

Most smart assistants today fall short in delivering true lifestyle automation. They either,


  • Only respond to basic voice commands without context
  • Depend heavily on app-switching and manual setup
  • Lack the ability to visually understand or interact with interfaces


And even when smart appliances are connected, they remain isolated in function, forcing users to manage them individually without intelligent orchestration. There’s also a growing fatigue around repetitive digital tasks, such as booking transportation and managing schedules, things that should already be automated but aren’t.

Solution:

HeyPico reimagines what a personal AI assistant should be:


  • Vision-based interaction that lets the AI see your screen and perform actions across apps
  • Pre-trained lifestyle workflows (e.g. book rides, reply to chats, control smart devices)
  • Cross-app integration with Grab, WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail, Calendar, and more


By bringing together screen vision and cross-device sync, HeyPico delivers automation that feels less like programming and more like having a digital butler on standby.

  • Visual Style: Clean, modern interface with high contrast for visibility across phone and TV screens.
  • Color Palette: Dark mode-friendly palette with bold highlight accents to indicate active automation or AI attention.
  • Typography: Readable sans-serif for large-form UI and in-app prompts.
  • Iconography: Simple, action-driven icons representing apps, tasks, and assistant actions.
  • Component Library: Modular UI kit supporting mobile and TV interface consistency and adaptive layouts.



The HeyPico web platform doubles as the control center for users:


  • Onboarding & Workflow Builder: New users train automations via intuitive interfaces, defining trigger-action flows in under 2 minutes.
  • Dashboard View: Displays active automations, device connection status, and integration history.
  • Device Sync Portal: Manage connected devices, grant permissions, and view supported apps.
  • Conversational Onboarding: Uses gentle prompts to guide users in creating their first automated workflow, reinforcing HeyPico’s persona.
